Points are awarded as follows:

1 point per quarter is awarded to the team scoring the most goals in that quarter (in the event of a draw each team receives 1/2 a point each)

4 points are awarded to the winning team.

In the event of a draw both teams are awarded 2 points each

If the loosing team scores 50% or more of the opponents total goals they receive 1 point.
